Jesus fuck tazz, what's up with these damn treehuggers. The dishwasher broke at our caferteria and the fucking girls in this house are like "bring cups to mealhall so you don't pollute with the styrofoam cups". Fuck off for one thing, don't impose you're god damn hippy morales on me. Secondly, in the scope things styrofoam cups from our mealhall does not fucking pollution. Look at the three bejesus smokestacks that we have running in the chi. Thirdly, i don't care about the environment enough to do anything about pollution. I don't really have a strong enough belief that what i'm doing is going to pollute the world and make a chauncy-sized hole in the ozone. To think of it, i don't really care about much these days. In terms of organizations and helping people. The only thing I believe in is the protections of animals. They fucking rock the boat, unlike us humans who .. suck shit.

I hate when people try to impose their beliefs on me, like their opinion is correct and you're a dumbass for not believing in it. Another flippin' thing I hate is the damn feminism vibe I get from this university. There is nothing I hate more than a feminist treehugger. "We want equal rights, blah blah blah". Well guess what, i'm fucking rick james, bitch. Show me your tits. I don't have anything against women, nothing. Just when they whine and whine about not having equal rights. Stop your fucking whinning and do something about it, christ. Nothing I hate then when people whine about shit and do nothing about it. Take the energy it took you to whine about it and do something about it.

So me and my two buddies, Jon and Jamie, went home for the weekend and hit up the horse and the opera house. For those who haven't been the chi in awile, it fucking hasn't changed a bit

Got home at around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Got some grub and hit up the busiest beer store this side of Bellefond. Got a 12 of MacLays not realizing that it wouldn't be a adequate number for us. So around 5 o'clock, with about 3 beers in us each, we realized that we didn't have enough liquor. So I drove to the liquour store and picked up an 8 of Schooners. After about 7 beers each in us, I decided to break Jon and Jamie's black horse cherry. Got there and Merv checked out our I.D's and all was good. Went up and ordered the usual 3 beer. We ran into some locals and had some drunken chatter and what not. By the time we left the horse we had arond 7 beer and around 13 draft each. Decided we should venture over to the opera house to pick up on Cougars, not realizing that on Saturday's it's take you kid out to get drunk with you night. Christ, i saw people there that looked like they were in elementary school, and that's not including me. So we headed up to the balcony overlooking the dance floor. In the 10-15 minutes we were there, we saw at least 5 fights. They were pretty good ones too, one guy was unloading haymakers on one of the bouncers .. shit, was he pissed. After realizing how much the opera house sucked, we left and went to Subway and got some drunken food. After that we latesed and went home. But not without tearing down some signs and stealing some city property.

So all in all, sounded like a typical Saturday to me

Christ, its been quite a long time since I've ventured into the realm of the Blogger.
What new?... don't have a girlfriend anymore, and not looking for another one.. christ girls, you guys are so goddamn complicated .. why can't we just have sex?

On a better note, i've started to expand my music taste and i've found some awesome bands in the process. Interpol is currently one of my favorite bands. They're just so sexy. Sound like a mix of Pixies, Joy Division and maybe some Smiths in their too. You guys should defanitely check them out. I'm getting into some 80's music now like Husker Du, Joy Division, Smiths, Pixies and others. 80's actually had some decent bands but they got overlooked when all those faggity hair-bands took over the scene.

I'm looking forward to gettting this goddamn year over with. Residence the second time around is pretty lame and I'm looking forward to moving into my apartment next year. School's pretty tough but i'm getting through it. I wish I was more like Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.. man.. he rocks. Looking forward to seeing everyone this summer and hopefully people will go to the Horse with me. Going back to tourism I think..

I'm not gonna blog about music today, for once, because I haven't really had a chance to get back into the groove yet.. been pretty busy lately ..BUT today I got the chance to play golf over in Bushville and how fucking great was that ..
Me, Billy, Graeme and Don arrived at our scheduled time, 11:07, not a second early or late. Knowing that today would be a fucking blast, I played pretty good. Shot a 98 which is stellar for the first time out. Breaking 100 is always good. Some old guy came up and tried to tell us that we were doing things wrong so we gave him A BIG OLE LATES ! Wow, this whole music column thingy is obsessing. I'm now gonna start of new "column" including the one where i suggest new and old bands.
The New Column im gonna write is where I'm gonna rate all the c.d's I own and some that I don't, but mostly ones that I do. I'm gonna start with C.D's that I know really well and finally build up to those C.D's that have been ignored for awhile (which is going to lead to major listening of music)

Where can I start.. this is "THE" Led Zeppelin album if you're a new-comer to there sound. It has two essential classics "Rock&Roll" and "Stairway to Heaven" which are sure to please any casual rock listener. Whats truly amazing about this C.D that every song on it is excellent, theres nothing dragging this C.D behind. The Recommended songs are those that are my favorites and don't include the two classics (they're not in my recommended because I've heard them so much that I'm quite sick of them to put it loosely). 4 is a totally different look from they're third album titled ever so cleverly "Led Zeppelin 3". Many Zeppelin consider "3" the folk-iest album that they've released. With the exception to "Going to California", "4" is a total rock-out album. From the funky "Four Sticks", to the blues-infused "Black Dog", to the classic rock-ballad "Stairway to Heaven", Zeppelin delivers such a C.D that can only be classified as a "Masterpiece". If you don't have this album and are AT ALL interested in Zeppelin, I HIGHLY recommend you take your debit or cash and see you nearest C.D store and say "Man, I want Zeppelin 4, LATES !" ..

This might and probably is one of my happiest days of my life .. I, Craig Martin, just found out that Led Zeppelin released a new 3 disk live set entitled "How The West Was Won" .. This is there only live album that they've ever released, with the exception to "The Song Remains the Same" which was more of a live soundtrack for there movie. The closest thing that I have to hearing Zeppelin live is there BBC Sessions which is them playing live at the famous BBC Studios in England and "Another White Summer" but i don't even think the remaining members of Zeppelin even have that C.D because it so fucking rare. So fucking excited to get my hands on this C.D .. R.O.W won't get it for another .. 5 years? ... so i'll have to get it in Moncton or some bigger city like that. But distance doesn't matter to me, as long as I get my hands on this C.D.

Holy'O .. This is my second blog update in like a week or so .. im on the ball now . .. ..
I forgot in my last blog to mention anything about me getting a job so I'm gonna ramble a little bout that .. I work at the VIC's at Ritchie Wharf and Highway 11 and tell people where to go, where to stay and what to do in Miramichi and tell them how exciting this place is. It's been a pretty slack job so far but they say more tourist come in July. Here's to hoping they don't !

Enough about my job, lets talk about music. As you ALL know, im very passionate about my music and you've all heard me bitch and bicker about how much I hate what the music industry had turned into. Well, Im sad to say but my passion has even grow larger and even more opinionated (sp?) .. Latest Victim : Sara .. I initiated the burning by saying that Sam Roberts was the future of Canadian Rock .. then somehow we got talking about Sum 41 and then she mentioned that they were Punk .. instantly red flag went up .. Sum 41 aren't PUNK ! ... (this isn't directed at you sara .. directed at everyone who thinks Sum 41 is punk) .. we could classify Sum 41 under "Pretty Punk" or "Pop-Punk" but Sum 41 are DEFANITELY not Punk .. Punk is a more passionate form a music, a rebellious one .. Government Opposition and Fighting for your right .. examples of a TRUE Punk Band would be : Stiff Little Fingers, The Ramones, The Jam, Pennywise, The Sex Pistols, The Clash, Dropkick Murphys, NOFX, MxPx, Bad Religion, The Stooges, Husker Du .. all these bands are great examples of what real punk bands should sound like ..
I don't care if you listen to these people but at least classify them right .. ugg ..
Im gonna start writing a weekly "column" (i hope) about new bands, old bands that you should invest your time into listening

New Bands : - The Libertines are a 4 man group from London, England. Listening to the first song of there first C.D entitled "Up the Bracket", you can defanitely see who enfluenced them .. and of course its the legendary punk band, The Clash. The Libertines sounds almost like The Strokes but more punk-ish. They don't sound like there trying to rip of the sound of The Strokes but trying to make there own. If you're into the older punk scene or are just interested in hearing some fresh, new music, I would defanitely recommend the Libertines
-Division of Laura Lee .. Strane name, Great Band. These hardcore, in-your-face rockers hail from my new favorite country, Sweden. If you like the Hives at all, then you'll love Division of Laura Lee. Theres not enough words to describe these guys. There second album entitled "Black City" blew me away the first time I heard it. They defanitely have more staying-power than the Hives. They defanitely have more of a range then they do, they even have a semi-ballad on they're C.D. Anyways, i don't care who you are, and what music you like , you should defanitely invest some of your day in downloading some tunes from these Swedish Rockers.

Old Bands : Instead of writing a paragraph about each band cause theres too many to list, ill just name them off and say a little about there music
- Led Zeppelin : The original Hard Rockers .. they revolutionize Heavy Metal and Hard Rock
- Crosby, Still, Nash and Young : Some Soft Rock mixed with Hard Rock .. great musicians .. talent evident in every song
- Derek and the Dominoes : Eric Clapton's Third Band .. great rock ballads
- Elton John : Wow .. download his older stuff like "Levon", "Tiny Dancer", "Crocodile Rock", "Country Comfort", "Your Song" etc and be blown away
- Pixies : Quite possibly the weirdest band I've ever heard .. and they rock too .. Punk mixed with Rock and weirdness = GOOOOODDD

Its been sooo long since I last blogged .. well actually i tried to blog about two weeks ago but i lost it all because my computer decided to shut down
anyways .. since my last post lots of things have happened ..
Im gonna skip those things and come to what i did over the weekend which was I went to Montreal with the familia
I saw a Expos game which was kick ass, saw Cirque de Soleil which was pretty good and went shopping for C.D's,
Bought 4 cd's, none of which anyways knows or cares about so I won't bother listing them
Went and saw the Matrix : Reloaded as well and I was hella disapointed. Im not saying it wasn't a good movie
but they totally veered off the path that they were suppose to be on. They over-did the special effects. They didn't
have great character development. Too many unecessary fights and the whole vampired and werewolves thing was defanitely not cool
Overall, good movie but not even close to what people expected.

Many things have happened since that eventful nite a Jenni's, like going back to University .. which is pretty big news, i guess. This semester is gonna be fucking great les gas ! Many things to do, like slack off and such but HEY ! thats what I'm good for. On a personal note, Mom had encouraged me to gain some weight so I'm going to 140lbs by the end of the semester. I think I grew again too .. i love this growing thing, it makes me taller ..
I've found a brand new favorite beer (well besides Keiths) .. Moosehead Dry .. its really really good ..
ummm... favorite song for the week is Hurt by Johnny Cash .. totally amazing song .. nine inch nail cover .. enuff said..
on a sadder note, some of my friends from University didn't come back for second semester and I miss them like crazy, specially Sass. As I'm sure i've already told you, she was probably one of the most amazing people I've ever met in my life. She was great to talk too, nice to everyone, beautiful. She had it all. She's now located in (I believe) in England.

Day after Jenni's Party ..
What a blast .. so many things to recollect .. can't remember most of the nite though .. Nature walks were a blast .. seeing Julia Cudmore was fucking amazin, god i missed her. Many quotes of the nite were writing on a piece of paper, and someone stole it ! God damn whoever did that. Im really tired and blogging isn't working out that great. I can't remember what i wanted to say in my blog .. so im latesing .. lates

Jezzazz .. this is my first blogger ever. What do i write.. so many things too blog about .. Well .. i have i exam left on friday (calc). It shouldn't be too bad but its gonna be massively long .. like im talking 10 pages of straight up questions .. I had 4 exams in 3 days this week .. Monday => Psych, Tuesday => Chemistry, Canadian Studies
Wednesday => Biology, Friday => Calc ... i think i've come to the realization that university is fucking EVIL !!! 4 exams in 3 days is physically and mentally impossible .. i was near the brink of insanity .. it was crazy fun !! wooo !!
On to another topic .. i come home on the 13th (at night). I seriously never been so excited to go home EVER ! First thing I'm doing is seeing my friends again .. i promise a hug for everybody .. I'ver never missed my friends so much either .. like seriously guys .. i miss you guys so much ..
Anyways .. i should be studying for Calc .. so i'll see some of you'se on friday .. lates
